Coordinator Services
Last Minute Service (1-3 weeks out)
After the completion and submission of your full wedding plan and schedule, no later than 7 days before your wedding date, we will set up a pre-wedding virtual meeting to go through your plans and create your professional wedding day timeline. We will attend and coordinate your wedding rehearsal, for 1 hour. We will then arrive at the venue the day of your wedding to work out and coordinate your plans and schedule for up to 8 hours. We will be working with your wedding party, family, and vendors to help your day be all that you dreamed. Let us do the coordinating so you and your loved ones can do the celebrating.
Starting at $950
The Full Service (4-6 weeks out)
Beginning 4 to 6 weeks from your special day we will work with you over a series of 2-3 planning meetings to learn your plans and vison, as well as offer professional tips and advice to help finalize your plan and meet your heart's desire for your wedding day. We will work together to create your professional wedding day timeline. We will attend and coordinate your wedding rehearsal, for 1 hour. We will then arrive at the venue the day of your wedding to work out and coordinate your plans and wedding schedule for up to 8 hours. Clean-Up Addition
The wedding Coordinator will remain after the reception with your clean-up team to facilitate the clean-up and closing of the venue, as well as collecting and securing wedding keepsakes and memorabilia.
